Destinations are the real winners. The benefits for a city or geographical area for which a Toozla audio guide exists are as follows:

  • Toozla supports a large number of languages. This means that the vast majority of tourists can listen to Toozla in their native language. You do not need to provide special signs/information for each group of tourists (N.B. there are more than 25 widely-spoken languages, and it cannot be guaranteed that a tourist speaks English).
  • Toozla reduces the need for large numbers of specially-trained human guides. It is no longer necessary to find, test, train and certify guides for all languages.
  • Toozla has no effect on the look of the city. All the information is virtual and is delivered when the user arrives at the relevant location. Individual guides can be created for the user to listen to when he or she is at the front of a building, at the side of it, near the entrance, or some distance away.
  • No special equipment, offices or booths are needed. No special agreements with telecom operators are required.
  • Toozla provides a special feature for analysing tourist behaviour and preferences. You can identify the most popular routes, and learn about little-known places of interest. You can analyse the influence of factors such as time of day, day of the week, sex, language or age.

Our relationship with destinations is generally non-monetary. If a third-party audio guide already exists for a particular area, we will ideally integrate it into our service. If such coverage does not exist, we can organise the process of creating it, and design it in collaboration with the destination.
